1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LabAIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be a registered business entity in Qatar or the GCC to use LabAIQ. Individual consumers are not eligible.

3. Platform Use

LabAIQ provides a marketplace for businesses to post RFQs and receive quotes. We do not guarantee any transaction outcome and are not party to any contract formed between buyers and suppliers.

4. Supplier Verification

Suppliers must provide valid CR numbers and trade licenses. LabAIQ reserves the right to suspend or remove any supplier who provides false information.

5. Fees & Billing

Posting RFQs is free for buyers. Supplier plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use LabAIQ to post false RFQs, engage in price fixing, harass other users, or violate any applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

LabAIQ is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
